The magic pill. I had no idea one supplement could make me feel so great. I have the MTFH heating and was operating at <25% this supplement made all the difference. I now have energy all day long! I've ordered a few times from this manufacturer and the consistency is great. The only downside is that you will still need to supplement to get the rest of your b vitamins.

I have started noticing a difference in my mood at exactly 2 weeks. The first 3-4 days I do remember getting strong cramps like someone punch me in the gut.. but that was because I didn't eat anything for a few hours after taking it. Now I don't seem to have that response and I don't eat anything with it right away, just my coffee. Make sure to eat something with this the first few days though ! Very happy so far!

I have to say .... I wouldn't had believe it, if I didn't try it.
