This has been the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. I heard about this product from a doctor on a radio talk show. He indicated a lot of issues women had when they age is low folate which regulates mood and a variety of other issues. I’m 68 and have been having weird mood swings so thought I would give this a try. I honestly can’t even begin to describe the change I felt after just a couple of weeks. Mild depression gone. I felt so much better that I subscribed. It’s been three months now and I can’t recommend this product enough. It is truly a miracle in a bottle. You will not regret trying this.

I'll be honest. I don't know if I have the MTHF gene mutation. I do know that I have Crohn's Disease, and that my body needs extra vitamin B12. Last labs I had done showed my B12 levels were great. Easy to swallow, and doesn't bother my stomach. A bit expensive.
