This has been the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. I heard about this product from a doctor on a radio talk show. He indicated a lot of issues women had when they age is low folate which regulates mood and a variety of other issues. I’m 68 and have been having weird mood swings so thought I would give this a try. I honestly can’t even begin to describe the change I felt after just a couple of weeks. Mild depression gone. I felt so much better that I subscribed. It’s been three months now and I can’t recommend this product enough. It is truly a miracle in a bottle. You will not regret trying this.

The magic pill. I had no idea one supplement could make me feel so great. I have the MTFH heating and was operating at <25% this supplement made all the difference. I now have energy all day long! I've ordered a few times from this manufacturer and the consistency is great. The only downside is that you will still need to supplement to get the rest of your b vitamins.
