This product is fantastic however some levels of the agent hoot game don’t work properly and therefore doesn’t let the kids move on while they’re playing! They loved it until that happened but then were so disappointed. I emailed several times to try get help with this issue but so far zero replies, the kids keep wanting to know if it is fixed yet! Have tried two different devices and tried deleting and reinstalling etc but to no avail!

My five year old son was really keen to play this straight out of the box. He liked the pieces and it was easy to set up. I liked that the game can be played on airplane mode as we try to keep the iPad offline as much as possible. When the app starts there is a little introduction on what each piece does - this could have a bit more to it, especially for younger children, but he did get the hang of it with a little help. His 10 year old friend came over to play and the two of them were very engaged in working out the puzzles together, so there’s a nice social element. There are four game pieces included - a torch, laser, mirror and prism - they’re a good size for little hands and respond well to the game. My son quickly worked out how to rotate the pieces to move the beam of light. The four games included are fun to play and there are enough levels to keep my son going for the time being, there is a message on the game saying that more levels will be added in the future, so that’s a bonus. All in all it’s a nice way to make screen time safe, interactive and educational.

My 7yr old little boy absolutely loves this educational game. The pieces are a perfect size for him to manoeuvre around his iPad. Out of the four games his favourite is definitely Agent Hoot. It challenges him to search for the items in the dark by using the light. While not waking the parrot. This is a perfect gift for any little one that enjoys solving puzzles. This educational game is definitely one for all the family to get involved. Quick delivery too which is always a winner
