Super healthy company love the bison and the flavor on the elk is very good. Only crit is the elk is very dry so if you like that this one for you if not try the bison.

Was really disappointed 😞😞😞 I love there jerky. And I tell everyone how good it is. But for some reason this batch in this box tasted super fishy. I don't know if it was. In proper handling of the original meat source or fat or cross contamination by the equipment used to breakdown and process the meat before smoking was used for fish and not cleaned and sanitized properly or if it was just that they smoked their fish jerky at the same time as this batch but it was bad. It wasn't just a hint either it tasted more fish the venison I couldn't even taste the venison so I judged it was bad and inedible due to safety concerns and had to throw it out. To bad because I always love epics products I rave about them all the time I always planed on try all their flavors

These seem to be pressed ground venison. The flavor is good and unlike many other game meat jerkies I've had, you can actually tell that it is the meat it is supposed to be rather than 90 percent pork and a pinch of the advertised meat.

Flavor of the jersey sticks is wonderful however I opened the box and the first one I pulled out had t sealed properly or something cause it was covered in mold and was all discolored. It is a 12pk box and only one was bad but it was still disappointing that I had to discard 1. I highly recommend these though the flavor is incredible. Just be cautious of packaging.

Horrible. So dry I could barely get it down without choking, and that’s not an exaggeration. Which is a shame because the flavor is very tasty. Venison is naturally very lean meat so it being a bit dry isn’t uncommon, but this was ridiculous. Have plenty of fluid on hand when eating this. Definitely not worth the almost $20 I paid for the box. Also, it was very difficult to tear into the plastic wrap it’s in. They definitely need to reevaluate the packaging. You shouldn’t have to have scissors or a knife to open a stick of jerky. Wish I could return the box for a refund.
