Great lite sharp 6" utility & deboning knife with a nice handle. First used it to cut an onion, red pepper, mushrooms and deboned a chicken drum. Good over all knife that comes in a nice box ( which most don't ) so you can gift it. I wished they would provide a plastic sheath with this knife ( which some knives do ). I have bought many kitchen knives from amazon lately and this brand and company has impressed me with there product presentation.

Excellent sharpness and edge, very good feel and balance.....Quality blade which can be properly re-sharpened when necessary.

Thought this knife would stay sharper longer but that didn't happen. Trimmed around 20 chicken thighs and it was needing to be sharpened. Nice handle and weight
