Excellent for toothaches and irritated throat

This is nice for tooth pain. The buzz you feel in your mouth is interesting. Not much of a flavor but my main reason for getting this was tooth pain and it helped a lot.

Spilanthes is a natural antimicrobial. That means it will kill the infection on many toothaches. I've put off dental visits for months with regular spilanthes use. It's also numbs the effected area. It's a real life saver when you're broke or can't afford sky high american dental work.

Feels cool in the mouth but does not cure dry mouth. Which is ok… but I had hopes… I also had my son’s college tuition fund but that went to my gambling addiction which led to my dry mouth but this didn’t cure so..

This is a good, strong, spilanthes tincture.
