USWE Outlander Hydration Pack with Water Bladder, Hydration Backpack - Backpack for Cycling, MTB, Trail Running & More

I am coming from a 20 year old camelback. This when tightened properly is neither too tight and restrictive nor is it bouncy and shuffeley when you are aggressively moving on your bike. The pouch is on the small side but fits my Allen keys, car keys, mini Leatherman, tire levers, spare tube, small pump, and a snack. The hydration bag is a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The opening isn't nearly as convenient as camelbacks. So filling it is a bit of a pain. But to clean it, flip it inside out. I love this since u can scrub the inside easily if u need to. The bite easily pulls off for easy cleaning and to allow you to snake out and on the hose. That's it. It's comfortable, pretty Minimalist, easy to clean and maintain, and stays put while moving.

Bought this for my husband for father's day. He immediately took pictures and was bragging about it. He got some responses back saying what a good brand this was. I 🤔 think that made him feel really good about his gift. It works great, keeps water cool, easy to clean, easy to wear and works perfect for those hot days and fun competition trail rides. He adjusted this to work while riding and fitted it into his helmet. Worked 👍 great until he crashed and somehow lost the mouth piece. Lol He loves the fit, the size, easy adjustablility and quality. I would suggest this pack, it's a great size. Not to big and not to small.

It’s perfect

Use this for mountain biking. I would buy again. The bag stays put very well even while hitting jumps on the local trail. It DOES NOT MOVE! This is the best feature. The small bag is big enough for me. I carry a mini pump, spoke wrench, multi Allen tool, tire levers 3-5 large CO2 canisters and a small canister head. A Mtb tube would take up most of the space (I have a tube strapped to my top tube). The material is light feeling but doesn’t make me feel like it will last if you have metal tools bouncing around inside. I wish it had a thicker liner. I may put all my tools in an old sock and then put that inside the pouch to provide a barrier. Overall, I’d buy this again because it stays put and is super comfortable!

I absolutely love this back. It's sleek but spacious and holds a ton of things. The harness system is truly bounce proof, though it took a lot of adjusting throughout the first few days of wear to get comfortable. I've seen other comments say it's not meant for larger bodies. I have a 46" chest and the straps are nearly at their limit, but eventually I found a comfortable fit. The one major flaw is the center buckle. On this model of USWE pack the locking ring is made of very thin, translucent plastic. After about the tenth time wearing the pack it developed a crack in the ring. It would still lock, but I knew it was only a matter of time before it would shatter. It's also too thin to tape or glue back together. I contacted customer service and they sent a new center strap for free. It's the "front replacement harness strap kit" you can buy on their site for $25. The new strap does not match the colors of this bag, but its buckle is made of much stronger plastic and I actually found the bag to be more comfortable with it. I was glad they sent the replacement as the original clear center buckle ended up shattering while I was wearing it a few days later. The bag's hook to keep the water hose in place is attached to the same piece as the center buckle, and the replacement does not have a hook. I bought a magnetic hose clip on amazon that works much better (USWE sells the same one for $15). So if you swap the center buckle make sure to get that too. The new strap is holding up perfectly and makes this a perfect bag. However, USWE should just use this strap (or a similar one) to begin with. Otherwise you need to wait for your center buckle to break to get a free one from customer service (if within the 1 year warranty), or pay another $25 for the buckle upfront, which I don't think is fair to the customer. Without a working buckle the bag is useless as it sits completely wrong on the body.

Love this pack! Has a lot of room for day riding. Built very well. I hold my tool kit, med pack, water, treats, extra batteries for my DJI, keys and phone. Has straps on the bottom that you could use for a light jacket or something a little bulky.

Backpack is lightweight and the fit is adjustable. Once you set the straps, the pack does not really move around much, but it doesn't feel constricting either. The mesh lets your back breath as you sweat. It's nice to be able to remove the small bag attachment if you don't need it. The water bladder is easy to remove and clean and well as refill due to large opening. The velcro strap keeps the bag from sliding down inside the pack. I'm able to fill the bladder and fit my cell phone and keys in the main compartment. I use the small clip on bag for all my bike tools. No issues at all.

i was hesitant how this would fit, over mx body armor. fear not, it has a very secure closure, it is adjustable, i love how it hugs my torso. i can carry up to 3 litres of liquid, the ergonomics of the mouthpiece opener/closure is brilliant! there are ample places to store personal items while not being obtrusive or out of place.

Super Design wie gesagt aber leider ist der Trinkschlauch nicht durchdacht und eine billige Qualität. Das Mundstück ist nicht dicht und man wird ständig nass. Egal wie man das Silicon hin und her bewegt. Ich hatte zum Glück noch einen extra Schlauch von meinem Camelbak den ich damit austauschen konnte. Auch kann man den Trinkschlauch nicht wie bei anderen Marken vom Sack abklipsen. Ansonsten ist das Tragesystem super. Wenn die Firma diese Probleme noch unter Kontrolle bekommt dann wäre er perfekt.

Buyer beware. The item you will receive may not be as advertised. I received had a different (cheaper) bladder/bite value then what what advertised as being included in product pictures.

Oh, where do I begin? When I first ordered a bag from this seller, they really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations... by canceling my order because, surprise, it was out of stock. But hey, I’m adaptable. So, I reordered it in a different, more expensive color—because why not pay extra for the privilege of getting your hands on one, right? Weeks later, the bag finally arrived, and wow, it’s fantastic! It’s been my trusty companion on enduro tours from Mongolia to Thailand, no complaints there. Feeling adventurous (clearly), I decided to order a second one for my wife so she could enjoy the bag’s greatness too. But, predictably, the seller outdid themselves again. After waiting for weeks, we were thrilled to discover they’d sent... a fleece jersey. Because nothing says “enduro riding” like a cozy little sweater, right? And now I get the joy of finding time to drop off the return because their gracious pick-up window of 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. is oh-so-convenient. It’s not like we have jobs or lives or anything. Now, on top of it all, I’m back to square one, hunting for another bag for my wife. Will I be ordering from this seller again? Oh, what do you think?
