The 12-pack is great value and the portion sizes are just right for a satisfying snack. They are savory, salty, and have a really premium 'snap' to them. If you like charcuterie, you will love these. Will definitely be ordering again.

I really like these as a high protein easy tasty snack with good quality meat , with minimal preservatives . The only thing I would say is the jaipur ones are often too hard to eat , so that’s a shame as I’ll have to stop buying the selection pack to avoid those . Whatever is in the jaipur ones must dry it out too much

The only reason for the 4 star is the BBE date, I’ve received a box of 12 packets this morning (11.02.26), the expiry date is 23.05.26. For me it’s ok as I will eat them by then, but this may not be the case for others This is one of the few salami’s I can eat as most are far too peppery for my for taste as well as my body does not like it either. I personally would prefer these to be less peppery but I can tolerate it. They are also a responsible brand at least by the blurb anyway, these are very tasty, expensive yes but they are a tasty treat for me and allowed as a diabetic lol

These are much meatier and more substantial than a Pepparami, but do take more chewing (which I like but you may not) but it's definitely a texture I like. The sausage does lack flavour though and really isn't spicy at all. for reference it's definitely less spicy than a red Pepparami. Overall I don't think it represents good value as you get 2 in a packet but one of them is usually smaller than the other, and when you look at the cost it actually makes it very expensive. I would buy it again but only at a reduced cost, maybe £15 for 12x2

For a post gym snack it was just enough.

I bought the Serious Pig Salami Snacks Variety Pack (12 x 30g) because it’s marketed as high protein, British cured pork and keto friendly. The Amazon listing states the ingredients as simply: “Outdoor reared British pork, sea salt & spices.” That sounds refreshingly clean and minimal. However, when the product arrived and I checked the actual packaging, it contains sodium nitrate, which is not disclosed in the Amazon ingredient description. For me, that’s a significant omission. I make purchasing decisions based on ingredient lists, especially with cured meats. If preservatives such as sodium nitrate are included, that needs to be clearly stated in the online listing. Describing it as just pork, salt and spices gives the impression of a very natural product, which is not entirely accurate. I understand that nitrates are commonly used in cured meats, but transparency matters. If you're trying to avoid certain preservatives, you would not know from the Amazon listing alone.

These are a lot tougher than I expected, but in a good way. A lot like Beef Jerky had a baby with a Hot Peperami. Very tasty though, and a decent portion size. Impressed that they put a sachet in each pack to keep them nice and dry.

Nice texure well packed and taste great, the best I've bought.
