The item is very thin and looked like it was thicker and cut more proportionately, but in reality it is sized for bariatric, so extremely large people 400lbs+, and will not fit a normal 38-40" waist person without sagging in the middle/crotch area.

I love that the area of the velcro is large and stretchy so that it can be easily made to fit perfectly. I love the sellers customer service. Really over the top service. I didn't expect them to be so responsive and helpful. But they were.

This is probably my fault but I didn't too much care for this. It fits a little big and rides way up the waist too far. This was the first one I bought of this style of diaper/cover. I purchased because of price point to try it out. I will spend a little more on next one to see if I get better results.
