I was so excited by them at first. They are very pretty and have a nice sound. However, they tangle very badly and after a windy, rainy day (not gale force!) the wooden hoop at the top exploded. It looks like it either had a defect or it expanded in the rain. An entire side of it is now missing with several strands of the shells. It wasn't expensive so if you have it inside your windows, in the home, they might last better. They are not made for anywhere that has weather anything more than calm. I'm in process of trying to get a refund. **Update--I was quickly given a refund after providing a picture. It was too damaged to return. I will say that it would be lovely inside.

Very pretty chimes with beautiful glass Hansas hanging . The sound is very pleasing . Just bought the same one for a friends birthday as a gift that’s how much I liked it . Great price . Not large but hangs nicely .

The colors are nice and bold. The beads are bright. The cords were a tangled mess upon arrival. They are all at wrong heights and tied off with long tails. I will have to restring the whole thing to get the plates and beads at the proper lengths.

Took me a minute to figure out you could adjust the height of the pieces! One long string holds two different things! Once I discovered that - I adjusted them so each piece could hang just where I wanted them to! Ingenious design - you can literally turn the sound off!!

Very Pretty! The chimes were exceptionally wrapped and protected. The floral disks are good quality metal which also means that they are quite loud when they knock together. Even prettier than the promotional photo.
