I have been struggling to lose weight on a low calorie low sugar diet with regular exercisr for a while. While I saw some results it was not as much as it should have been. I was also very tired and cold all the time so I went to my GP for a blood test. My thyroid function was low, but not low enough for them to treat me clinically so I turned to the internet. Since taking one of these tablets in the morning and one in the evening I have been getting a LOT of comments saying that I’ve lost weight, and my diet and exercise routine has not changed. Most of the difference is around my face and chin which I was self conscious about so I am very happy. I am of the opinion that the weight loss is actually a reduction in water weight, but I am sure my fat loss will be assisted by these. I plan to reduce the dose to only one tablet per day to maintain thyroid function now that it has accumulated its own idoine stores. Too much iodine can cause problems itself so be careful if this. You can have too much of a good thing. I’d recommend speaking to your GP before you start taking anything like this, but if you get the go ahead I would thoroughly recommend. My hair is also more bouncy and I have more energy! My hands and feet are still quite cold all the time but I don’t feel it in my body so much. The weather is very cold at the moment, though!

Good quality product at a good price. The tablets smell a little unpleasantly of the seaside but that's to be expected, and they're small enough to be swallowed with water without any taste problem. I feel tangibly better after taking them.

Who can say they feel any different after taking a nutrient supplement tablet? However, from what I've read about iodine, which kelp is a good source of, we don't have enough of it in our modern-day diet. Iodine, apparently, isn't just good for thyroid problems, it is necessary in all cell Apoptosis (the death-and-replacement of all cells in our body). It's this process that goes wrong in our bodies when cancerous cells don't die and grow out of control. An Iodine supplement is good for your cells, period. Look it up on the internet and buy some. The Japanese eat a lot of kelp and their cancer rates are lower than ours. I recommend this product as a good cancer-preventative supplement, which is the direction in which cancer research should be aimed - not at building a drugs empire to cure something we shouldn't have in the first place.
