I love the product! And here are few break down and you can see from photo. (Note: d mark is for d’alba, O mark is other sunscreen I have been using for summer) *Pros* 1.Not drying but not oily- more like hydrating:(photo 1) As you can see in first photo, dalba’s sunscreen holds its shape(?) compare to other brand which has a lot of oil. it feels like a creme, so even after long hour of wearing, it doesn’t make me dry out or excessively oily which many other do. I have weird skin where it flips back and forth of drying or oily depends on what I use on make up, even with skincare stayed same. But with this underneath, I didn’t get either even after hours of wearing the make-ups. I have tested with different foundations that I have that acted as oily, some as dry, plus different setting powder. 2. Not as white casted (photo 2 &3) So… I think this is big dilemma when it comes down to whether to buy mineral base or not, and which one to buy. I have developed sensitive skin over time, I have been trying to stay with mineral, but many product makes big white cast.(photo3) As you can see on photo dalba’s mineral does make bit whiter, but not as much as other brand. Also not getting in between lines of skin and pores. (Photo2) 3. High spf rating. Many minerals comes 40-50, but without PA rating not as high as this. *Cons 1. Not waterproof: As it didn’t say waterproof, not sure how it will do in beach in and out of water, but probably this is why it feels very light. 2.it is not clear- but this is given based on this is Mineral based sunscreen. But as I mentioned in Pros, it has pretty blendability. So, I had hiccup with when first ordered but d’alba corrected for me, and I am very happy with their customer service and product. I will be ordering more and venture out to their skin care line.

Wife loves it and many of hers friends now use it too. Easy to apply, makes skin glow, is hydrating, great quality and value.

So, this is very moisturizing, very nice texture. Gives good sun protection and is easy to spread across the face. Definitely gives A LOT of white-cast. I am super super pale and it makes me even more pale. It doesn't bother me too much as I'm really pale but if you have some color to you, I don't really recommend it. But it is a super good product. I don't know how it sits under makeup, nor do i know if it has back flash for photos; but i assume it would.

I tried this specific sunscreen because it said it was mild and good for sensitive skin. Even though it is a mineral sunscreen, there is absolutely no white cast. It feels super light on my face/skin and doesn't leave any sticky feeling at all. Friends who have tried this sunscreen have all been thoroughly impressed with the no residue and the lightweight texture of the sunscreen! And as an added bonus, there is a very light, fresh citrusy scent to the sunscreen!

This is a really good sunscreen, it's lightweight and moisturizing but not greasy. It doesn't leave any white cast that I've seen although my complexion is pretty fair. The only thing that I think people won't like it that it smells like lemon bars, so it has a pretty strong scent which I don't mind but I know others might. Overall I really it and will repurchase!

I hardly wear sunscreen (I just don't go out and stay in the sun for long) because I hate the smell of it and also, it leaves my skin feeling greasy. I bought this because I like their other products, and I'm glad I did because I started taking long walks around the neighborhood track and needed to wear something on my face for protection, and this is it. It has no offensive odor, and it does not leave my skin feeling greasy. A little goes a long way too. I LOVE IT. I am ordering another one for my trip to Asia in the new year.

I have been using mineral sunscreens several times a day for the better part of a year now and I have found a lot of horrible ones. Most of them are thick as mud and never truly rub in, leaving a horrible white cast that is so obvious. That is simply NOT the case with this one! I have finally found a mineral sunscreen that is thin and easy to use! I have used it on myself (I have fair skin) as well as on my son ( who has quite tan skin) and neither of us had a white cast! To minimize any risk of white cast i apply it in two thin layers letting the first layer set for 45 seconds or so before adding another finger length amount. This is a huge deal for me! Once the sunscreen settles, it leaves a nice glow and isn’t sticky at all. It went flawlessly under make up without any pilling. Many other mineral sunscreens have made my skin feel dried out , but this one does not at all.

It works!! However, if you are oily skin all over like me it won’t work at all. I’m using it in my neck and décolleté and it works fine just not in the face. I think if you are dry skin it will be perfect!!

I’m not satisfied. For this price it should be much better. And also it’s leaving insane white cast. So no, definitely overpriced.

I have sensitive skin and is hard to find a good spf that won’t sting my face and bother my eyes. Love the fact is a mineral sunscreen and is suitable for melasma. It spreads so good on the skin and won’t leave a white layer. It also has a discrete glow. I am impressed ! Is my very first review but I had to share the good news in case someone is in same boat as I was , struggling to find something good

It’s a light weight and easy to apply sunscreen. Only sad part it leaves white residues so you have put extra effort to make it sit and blend in your skin. Might work great ok lighter skin tones. Else it’s a great product.

Amazing! No whitecast and very smooth when applied. I like it.
