Quality product

A friend of mine who runs a substance abuse detox center in Sedona told me he only trusts this brand. They have very high standards for quality and purity of product. My friend says he can see a difference in his clients between this brand and others. This product contains complementary supplements that support the processing of L-Tryptophan. It's obvious they've done their homework. Everything they claim - the inclusion of B vitimins, the importance of taking the product with little or no protein, etc. - I've been able to corroborate by researching elsewhere. I wouldn't say this about the vast majority of supplemental health products or companies.

This is my second bottle of L-Tryptophan. I have been on 5-HTP on and off for years now, thought I'd try this. Indeed, L-Tryptophan is even better, feels more natural. 5-HTP affects my liver, I had hepatitis 30 years ago, poor liver crippled for ever. First bottle of L-T went OK, though I took it every OTHER day, not dayly. It felt like a good alternative to 5-HTP, liver didn't react much, so I bought second bottle. Unfortunately, got aches almost immediately. May be I got sensitised to it, or it tends to accumulate - I don't know. Gave it to a friend of mine, she is happy. Shame, I liked how it lifted the mood.

I've taken another trytophan brand, and it was good enough. But with these, I don't have to take as much. The co-factors seem to help. Tryptophan isn't perfect, but 75% of the time, once I took enough, it solved my decades long sleep problems. I use to wake and not get back to sleep for hours. Now, if I wake, I usually return to sleep. And often, I sleep straight though. Getting from 6-9 hours is like paradise after so long with much less.
