Nearly Natural 5295 4ft. Kentia Palm Silk Tree,Green

I bought it thinking I might end up being disappointed but it was the total opposite. I'm delighted with this plant, and have gotten plenty of compliments about how it looks in my living room. When I first pulled it out of the box I thought it looked like crap and that, with me not having experience in arranging artificial plants to make them look good, the final result would be terrible. But it turns out it was way easier to pretty it up than I had expected. All it took was standing it up, shaking it a bit, and then bending the branches a bit to make them look the way a palm normally looks. I'd initially thought the branches didn't look 'bendy', but there's something inside that makes them bend however you like, and the final result looks really nice. So if it looks bad at first, give it a try anyway and you might be loving how it looks later. At least that's how it was for me. If you're staring at it really up close a few inches from the plant, of course you can tell it's fake, but from even just a few feet afar it looks really good, it would be very hard to tell it's fake. At least, mine is like that. I recommend putting it on a table or small pedestal somewhere if you want a tall plant though, because this one is short, especially once you bend the branches. I knew it would be like this and that's what I wanted, but if you're looking for something tall you might need to put it higher. Other than that, you just need a pretty pot/planter to hide the foot. This one has moss stuff already in it and looks ready to display as soon as you add a planter, something I liked a lot also, since I didn't feel like bothering with plaster chunks and weighing down a planter like I'd have had to do if I had bought one of the 'bareroot' ones. So all in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and even considering getting a second one like this.

The Nearly Natural 4ft Kentia Palm Silk Tree looks very realistic with its lush green fronds. It’s a great size for adding a tropical touch indoors without any maintenance. The only downside is the simple base, but overall it’s a beautiful and easy decor piece!

The complete size of the plant including the pot from the floor isn't as tall as I had expected. Also, the pot the palm sits in is really small. That was ok, I had intended on placing it inside the planter its in (as pictured), but I had to stuff the planter with lots of plastic and paper. I will be purchasing green moss to place over and around the top of the planter to hide the size of the palm' small pot and the filler that's lifting it inside the larger planter. This was my only dislike about the item. Therefore, why I gave it a four star in each category rather than a five. Otherwise, I really like the realistic look and how well it blends in with my real plants.

When I purchased this Palm, I also purchased 2 other palms. I am thrilled with all three. As with the other two, we will also spray this plam with the tent water proof and UV protection. I do love this palm, but it is not as pictured. It's definitely not a large as shown. It is not 4' that's for sure. Irregardless, I love it. As with the other palms I ordered, I shaped this and it was a breeze to do so. I put it in a ceramic pot from Ollies and put 3/4" pearl pebble stone in the pot to hold it. We didn't need to do anything extra to the pot to hold the tree since it isn't that tall, but it looks marvelous in it's pot with the stone. It shaped nicely and it looks real. Even when standing right at it, it looks real. I am very pleased with this purchase and thank the sellers for a job well done. Kudos.

This plant is a great value for the price however I was not to happy with the way it spread. The leaves were not facing to my liking and they did not look as natural as I expected. The material was a bit on the rough size.

This plant fits perfectly in the corner of my living room. The leaves are so realistic, you can't tell they're fake unless you touch them. The stems are a little more fake looking, however only at very close distances. From a few feet away you can't tell at all. The leaves are flexible and are able to be bent into different arrangements. What I love most about it is that the underside of the leaves look so real. I had ordered a different plant that looked great in the picture, but when received the under side of the leaves looked so incredibly fake, even from afar. While the pot on this is nothing special, you would have to buy a pot for a real plant anyway so I don't see this as a negative. For the price, you really can't beat this plant. Highly recommended.

For as expensive as these are, you think they'd be better quality. As pictured, the palm os set into a piece of foam and it wobbles all over the place. It has fallen over 5 times since I've tried to use it on my patio. Gonna see what I can do to rig it so it doesn't keep falling. Worst part is I ordered 2 of them.

I too will be buying another one. And yes first out of the package it looks ... ? huh? but, fan it out and a stylish and true to life large leaves forms. Thank you

It looks really nice. I bought one for myself and for my son's apartment. He likes his also.

Great quality and happy with purchase but not as realistic-looking plant or base as other "Nearly Natural" purchases. However, would recommend to a friend and purchase again.

Honnêtement , je trouve que pour une fausse plantes sa ne vos vraiment pas la peine tu peux avoir un vrai palmier au Rona pour environ 25$ .. j'en es acheter 2 le premier m'avais l'air bien mais quand j'ai commandé le deuxième les feuilles était toute déchiré donc honnêtement je ne recommande pas sa , aller plutôt en chercher un au Rona vous allez être plus que satisfait... Je sais qu'il à de bon commentaires mais faites attention parce que d'après moi c'est un gros blowmind 😘 Alors prenez vos petites fesses et sortez sa sera bien mieux 😏
