Is there an easy way to remove the blade

How do you remove blade without slicing you fingers ? Have just got a nasty ,cut while trying to remove blade….extremely dangerous!,

Waste of money.

This product is cheap and didn’t work. The spare blades didn’t fit where it said for storage. The first time I used it for a potato the blade flew out. I tried again and it wouldn’t slice the potato at all. I tried all the blades and the only thing it cut through was cheese. As I have a Cher’s grater I didn’t need it for that. I threw it out the next day. Very poor
