Signia Easy Tek, Bluetooth Remote Neckloop for Streaming

As a veteran of Vietnam, I am hard of hearing. This device in conjunction with my hearing aids has allowed me to enjoy my computer, phone and home TV through a bluetooth streaming process.

Instead of Signia Easy Tek, to replace the one I had that stopped working, I received a Smart Connect, which is similar, but not compatible with the Signia Easy Tek app or accessories. However, the Smart Connect works reasonably well most of the time, and is mostly compatible with my Signia hearing aids, though it does cause my hearing aids to restart from time to time, which is annoying, but it mostly works, so I did not return it. Smart Connect has its own neck loop, app and charger.

Worked well for 18 months then just quit charging. I've tried three cables and three chargers, and I can't afford a replacement.

When I bought the Easy Tek, it was great for two months. Then it would no longer pairs with my hearing aids. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and they replaced it. The second Easy Tek worked for 18 months and now it no longer pairs with the hearing aids. As the warranty is expired, I would have to pay to replace this. I am a 65 year old professional an I take great care of things. These devices are just not made very well.

Very sensitive to sweat or moisture. Must keep it very dry. When it acts up, put it somewhere so it can dry out.
