EWK 64mm 14 Flute Oil Filter Wrench, Forged Steel Removal Tool for Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Notch-Less Design, 1/2" Drive or 21mm Socket

I do not normally write reviews. But this oil wrench is outstanding in every aspect. Sturdy, exact fit….it took the stick oil filter housing off without damaging it. I had bought 2 oil filter wrenches and both had broken without being able to take the oil filter off… I had recently bought the van and however change the oil filter had over tightened it…(I had wasted over $30 wasted oil and $40 in prior oil wrenches, 3 weeks time, and redoing oil change after not being able to change filter initially). I was trying to buy the Toyota oil wrench but could find it. Bottom line this oil wrench is an exact fit and broke my stuck oil filter housing with zero problems (used cheater pipe for additional leverage and broke in seconds; I had broken to other oil wrenches. I highly recommend this oil filter wrench. I think it will last for years of issue free oil changes; plus I think it fits other Toyotas (like my 4Runner)

EWK 64mm 14-Flute metalOil Filter Wrench Forged & Prius-Proven Just used this forged EWK 64mm 14-flute wrench on my 2014 Toyota Prius and it handled the job like a champ. If you’ve done a Prius oil change, you know the filter’s tucked inside an enclosed sleeve not exactly a beginner-friendly setup. This wrench locked in tight, no slipping, no drama.

Seams solid cast steel and a snug fit on toyotas. Does not need a big socket to drive (I think 21mm). Perhaps a negative, perhaps not, if using a driver, it's a 1/2". I purchased a 1/2" to 3/8" converter and leave it installed and just use a 3/8" driver. If you're looking for cast (not pressed) steel, this is the ticket.

I’m a gear head that never pay others to do my oil changes on any cars I own. Tool is solid as a rock with tick walls and fit perfect for 2025 Corolla with 2.0L engine oil filter. Very pleased to add this boy to my arsenal A++

this is a high quality product, its finish and durability is great. bought for honda oil filter, which was over torqued and the band type wrenches were not effective and could not create a secure grip. with this cap wrench, within seconds, was able to remove the oil filter and proceed with the oil change. a bit more than most oil filter wrenches but didnt have to stress or strain, avoided the frustration and just waited for the part to arrive

Removed the cap without breaking it with little effort. Succeeded where all the aluminum wrench tools sold everywhere sheared off (they were about as hard as cold butter). I’m not convinced it’s made of solid carbon steel as the breaker bar left a small impression, but it is a single piece of machined steel and it works very well.

I bought a cheap rubbish tool that fell apart immediately, failing to remove the filter housing. After having wasted money on that, I got this one instead and it works brilliantly. This is one of those situations where you're better off just buying the expensive one first, and this is well worth the price difference.

I was looking for an oil filter wrench so that I could work on my 2012 Toyota Tundra. After looking around and comparing tonnes of filter wrenches I settled on the EWK 64mm it seemed the most solidly built and I was not wrong, it is built like a tank and fits perfectly.
