Dissolves under the tongue and tastes fine. The low dose is perfect for me, occasionally take two at a time. Bypasses digestion for better absorption. Some may need more potent capsules, but they are two strong for me. Works well to quit thinking and get to sleep at night or to help calm prior to events.

Our 11 year old daughter has had a terrible time getting to sleep and staying asleep. She would be fine all day but when night came it was an emotional time. We were all frustrated and worn out. I read about these sublingual tablets (you let it melt under the tongue) on a thread about sleep problems in tween girls. I thought we would try it hoping it would help. IT HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING. Our dear girl goes to sleep in half the time she use to and wakes up more rested than she has in years. Her since of well being while going to sleep is astounding compared to before she began taking GABA. I want to shout it from the rooftops in hopes that others who are struggling like us will find help in this GABA. I though if it helps her so much maybe I should give it a try. I had tried GABA capsules, the kind you swallow, in the past with no luck. But with these sublinguals I have noticed a very positive difference with winter blues and better sleep. If I could give this a million stars I would:)

It works for relaxation at night, but it makes me feel groggy the next morning.

I love the taste, good value easy for kids to take because of the candy like taste. Inexpensive. We all use some brain power.
