Super sharp, easy to clean, great balance just be careful because you can cut yourself bad

This is the second Wusthof knife I have added to my collection. It compliments the 8in chefs knife I just bought for my carving needs at Christmas. Everyone who spends time in their kitchen should have atleast a good chefs knife in their block but for me this carving knife gives me a little more versatility. A more specialized knife. The quality that is known with the Wusthof brand of knifes is easy to see in this knife as well as my chefs classic 8in It's expensive but I think you will see you are getting what you payed for. Very satisfied with this knife.

I have has several knives by this company and this one did not disappoint. The grooves on the blade prevent any meat from shredding when carving. Excellent product

My poor brother had to carve two turkeys on Thanksgiving, but this knife made it a lot easier than it was last year with a duller, lower-quality knife. We highly recommend it.
