Loved this set, helps with work and is easy to switch led in and out. Favorite about this is the 2.0 multipurpose pencil, that could be coloring pencil and led. 10/10 I recommend!!

I'm an engineer. I use a computer a lot, but I still find it faster to do scratch calculations and simple sketches by hand and lead. Time is precious and I have little tolerance for mechanical pencil mechanisms that won't feed the lead consistently and reliably. I bought the set of Mr. Pen pencils to see how they would work. I've used them for a week. Most of my experience is with the 0.9 mm and 0.7 mm size leads. The feeding mechanism has operated flawlessly for both of these pencils. These pencils are significantly skinnier that the more popular brands and they don't come with a cushioned rubber grip sleeve. Since the cushion is so common, I was concerned about its absence. I also wondered if the thin profile would impact comfort and usability. Neither feature affected comfort when using the pencil for long periods of time. The 2.0 mm pencil has knurled grip area, but none of the smaller size lead models have this feature. I haven't noticed that the smooth grip is a problem, but depending on your grip, results may vary. I typically fill 5 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper everyday with penciled notes so that's a pretty good statistical sample size. This kit includes a complement of 10 replacement erasers that will probably last you a life time. It also includes a tube of each size lead. The 2.0 leads come in multiple colors. That should bring out the artist in you. Nice fringe benefits. I'm happy with these and will buy some more.

I absolutely love the pencils and pans that this company puts out they are amazing. I will not use anything else forever.

The pencils and content of this package are well worth the price. Insanely so. If I had just these I could probably make them last a couple of months (I draw a low) The different color leads for the 2.0 are great allowing me to use it for sketching and the finer pencils for details. The amount of leads I got in the pack is pretty great too, and could see this lasting me a while. The packaging is a bit frustrating. The case they came in is very compact, and its very difficult to get some of the pencils out once their back in place. I have a tendency to lose things so I want to keep them in their packaging, but I feel I need to pry the pencils out.

Very slim pencils has an elegant feel to them. Writes how they should but I use them for drawing and they work well also. I think any pencil is good for drawing if you know your mediums and hand pressure. Anyway good for artist or writing if that’s your thing.

These are the best mechanical pencils I have ever owned! Highly recommend to everyone.

This is a great mechanical pencil set as long as your buying it strictly for the pencils. The lead is of low quality, although I'll still be using it for menial tasks. So why did I give it 5 stars? Because unlike other cheap mechanical pencils it has a brass dispenser (clutch), brass ring, and brass threading. The outer body/barrel is anodized aluminum, has a metal cone (or tip) with a lead sheath, a metal cap, and a rather unforgiving metal clip (seriously this thing could wreck a shirt pocket). A sturdy and budget friendly almost all metal mechanical pencil that works shouldn't go unnoticed. I highly recommend it.
