Great machining! The cap sits so flush you can barely tell where the seem is. Very elegant and simple design, especially the "nib" that you unscrew for refills. I am using the Signo 207 Medium refill (my favorite refill for any pen I use) and it fits perfect! I can quickly unscrew with slight twist to loosen and two quick spins while holding it by the cap in a vertical position. This is a great pen that wears nicely. If you don't like the 'patina' you can easily pop the pen into a chuck of a drill bit and sand it in your hand with some sandpaper to give a brushed look again. The pen has a minimal look which is why the pen cap doesn't screw onto the non-writing side when in use. It is a decent trade off. If Ekloen would want to improve this, they could magnetize the cap for the non-writing side. To be honest, it doesn't bother me that I can't screw the cap on when writing. I just place it on my desk straight up so it doesn't roll or I toss it back into my pocket. I prefer a screw on cap like this pen so the pen doesn't leak in my pocket. Another thing I like about pens with caps is that if I lend someone my pen I hold the cap in my hand. This serves as a reminder to ask for my pen back, especially one as nice as this! Plus who wants to 'accidentally' take a nice pen without a cap! And at $15 I can misplace this pen without breaking the bank, which is great because I will definitely want to buy it again if I ever lost it. I'm going to order a few extra right now so I will have this model for years to come.

A simple very well machined pen with a great weight to it in my hand. Others have struggled to find refills. I bought the SENCOO refills on Amazon, which have the exact same shape, but a note saying "It only fit sencoo brand's cartoon and office pens, unfit other brand pens and Retractable gel Pens". The nib is a slightly different shape (more needle like), but the refills fit perfectly.

This is great ! Price is ok the fit and finish is simple just a milled peice of aluminum , the cap is slightly off when screwed down you can feel it ever so slightly off , the ink tube they comes in it is trash skips and very poor writer That said with Sencoo 24-Pack 0.38 mm Black Gel Ink Pen Replace Refills - as a refill it’s great feels pretty good in the hand feels indestructible . Switch out the ink refill and your set got a life time pen for very cheep around 29 cents each , but you can get that down to about 10 cents if you buy 100 of them

I don’t think this pen is for everyone. It is heavy and when closed it looks like a solid steel bar. Even holding it up close I can’t tell which end unscrews. For me this is pretty cool. The machining is fantastic and the pen writes like a dream. For someone who appreciates fine workmanship it is a perfect gift. The only things I could wish for was a place to put the cap when you take it off and a clip. Since it is round, it will roll off anything that isn’t perfectly level if you forget and set it down. If I can find a nice clip I will machine a slot and add one. All in all I really enjoy the feel and quality of the writing experience with this pen.

This idea of a perfectly milled metal pen came into my mind one day and it was so gratifying to see that it exists and at such high quality. Writes surprisingly smooth and is pleasant to use. So sexy and perfectly cylindrical. Exactly what I wanted.
