The rice vinegar has peculiar taste and little salt and sugar brewed on low flame brings in whole house at the kitchen bar ! Loved it for my sushi preps ! mukbang

First time using rice vinegar. Bought is to add to korean cucumber salads. It has a sweet fermented smell&taste, as opposed to sour fermented smell&taste white vinegar has. It's probably an acquired taste.
