This mattress cover is beyond my expectations. Out of the package it was very sturdy and soft. No bad odors and the design looks luxurious. Now for the test. First night, my grandson spent the night and was scared so slept with me....sure enough. He peed the bed and from the looks of it, multiple times. Not one drop reached my mattress. Completely dry. Washed in machine on cold water and dried on low heat....woo-laa! No stains, mattress cover looked good as new. Since the purchase was for two covers. I was able to make my bed right away and not wait for laundry to be done.
