I’ve been taking these chewy multivits for a while now, and they are great! Not only are they packed with essential vitamins and minerals, but they also taste absolutely delicious. The texture is soft and chewy, kind of like a gummy sweet, which is perfect if you’re not a fan of swallowing pills. Plus, they’re gentle on the stomach, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort after taking them.

Getting older, its becoming more and more vital to get those extra vitamin content in, and thought I would try these (as I am prone to the odd wine gum or Haribo) and have to admit its something of a morning treat. A nice and tasty gummy to have in the morning that is not over powering, but a nice texture to it. Take one each morning and after a few weeks not noticed any miracle changes, though my fingers nails have started to grow a little bit faster than they usually do and some extra strength. All in all good value for money and worth a try.

Just purchased my second bottle. 2 gummies a day are recommended for adults so will last a month if you follow the guidelines on the bottle. Taste is good and ive not been ill since taking these :)
