I am a big supporter of Ayurvedic practices and pre-ordered this book when I read about it, but I couldn't have been more disappointed. Not very informative at all. There is a need for a modern up to date book on Ayurveda, but this isn't it.

Great reading to learn more about Ayurveda.

DON'T BUY THIS BOOK, unless you are planning a trip to an Indian spa. The whole book is just promotional material for various spas in India with nice pictures to accompany this. I am a big supporter of Ayurvedic practices and pre-ordered this book when I read about it, but I couldn't have been more disappointed. Not very informative at all. There is a need for a modern up to date book on Ayurveda, but this isn't it.
