Great value for money with 400 pack which will last over 6 month, which is great! The tablets are easy enough to swallow, not to large in size and no real taste. I got this one because my mum shared half of her bottle with me a while ago and i felt amazing taking them for more then 2 months hence why i got this for me. Great size that made them easy to swallow , definitely value for many taking into consideration how may are in a tube. Love that these are provided an overall daily intake of vitamins that i need and love how much energy i have after taking them for more than 2 month now . Would definitely recommend

Hi always wanted to incorporate sea moss into my diet and found it really difficult to mix to raw sea moss into smoothie and my diet due to lack of time. This easy to swallow capsule makes it so much simpler to mix in and now my skin is glowing and my energy is up!

I will not buy it again as it contains bulking agents, ie microcrystalline cellulose, which is a tree pulp. It is much better to get lugol iodine instead.
