Thin and Watery
I bought the Amazon brand Brown Gravy mix to compare it to the other Brown Gravy mixes that I usually purchase and use since the Amazon brand cost less. Taste is good but the thickness does not meet the expectations of a "gravy" - too thin, especially as compared to other brown gravy mixes that I have used. Not a bad product if you are using as an ingredient in a soup/stew/casserole/etc but not my choice for a true Gravy.
