Hace mucho tiempo que esperábamos esta guía de trabajo personal de los 12 pasos. De momento, está en inglés, pero ya estamos esperando en España, y en el resto de países que hablan español, su edición en nuestro idioma. Aunque personalmente he empezado a leerla, he de felicitar tan excelente trabajo. Un trabajo muy bien estructurado, breve, claro, conciso, restaurador espiritualmente, esclarecedor mentalmente, y lo que es más importante, increíblemente práctico y útil, para ayudarnos a detener esta tan destructiva enfermedad, el endeudamiento compulsivo. "Solo por hoy, voy hacer lo que sea para no endeudarme hoy", y trataré de llevar el mensaje a otros deudores que sigan sufriendo, porque mi vida depende de ello. Muchas gracias a los creadores de los 12 pasos de AA y bendiciones para todos.

This Step Study book is very well written in a simple and clear manner It covers the steps in DA and in a separate section BDA After a few paragraphs on each step there are a list of suggested readings from DA literature, AA literature, including often a story relating to the step from Currency of Hope, then a set of questions followed by actions you can take to work the step The actions can be to write a letter, or ways to physically represent the step in some way through images or other symbols For instance in step seven one action is to represent character defects in stones and symbolically release each one as a way of releasing the defects by tossing them in water or the woods, another is to use images to represent character assets Also included is a quote from literature and the promise for the month All of this in a very easy to read format The questions are insightful and I like how the questions work with the actions I have seen step guides from other 12 step programs and this one is not cluttered or unwieldy as some I have seen. There are not too many questions This is definitely worth having as a way to work the steps that is unique and personal to compulsive debtors We have used the questions and actions to share on in our step group and it engendered thoughtful and spiritual sharing
