arrived damaged/product leaked out
I have ordered this product before with no issues. This order arrived damaged. The box arrived soaked in oil. I opened the box and weighed the bottle, weighed 124 oz. (oil + bottle). Lost 4+ oz and box and bottle were a mess. To return I have to pay for shipping and no alternative option has been provided. I am a small business owner, I would never expect my customer to pay for return shipping on a damaged order. very disappointed.
