Highly recommend this excellent quality product
This is my holy grail breakfast and can’t live without it. Mix with 150ml of the milk of your choice or water I guess and microwave 1 min 30 and you have a lovely filling smooth oat bran. I add protein powder too for added macros ( gotta get 30g+of protein!) add a bit of Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess and protein, fruits of your choosing and there you go. I also use it for baking use this instead of flour for dense cakes or mix half with your usual flour and you get your fibre in and a lighter bake. Very versatile. Excellent quality, amazing value for money and a healthy wholefood your body will thank you for.

Excellent quality. Tastes Great. Very Healthy. Although I may pay more next time to get the organic version because I've heard on the ZOE Health Podcast that oat bran absorbs more pesticides than regular wheat.

Great Value in the 2kg bag
Needed to add some fibre to my diet due to digestive issues and found this to be the perfect solution as it's fine and can blend into other things more easily than larger flakes. I've added it to other cereal and yoghurts to just try to get my gut going properly and it's worked well so far, only need to use such as movicol every so often now if I don't drink enough water. I'm not one for making smoothies etc but should imagine it would work ok in those. It does have quite a gritty sort of texture but may soften if left in liquid for a while. I've always prepared and eaten straight away so not sure how much it would but I quite like the texture of it as it is

High quality oatbran
This oatbran is milled very fine. I use it as part of my own breakfast cereal mix creation! I do this because most manufacturers add sugar to their products

A good product.
I use bran in everyday cooking and baking and also add it to my cereal. Many brans are quite dusty and not pleasant tasting (esp. in cereal) but this product was a really great surprise. It tastes "oaty" in cereal and it blends in well with soda bread. I shall be buying it again.

Good fibre choice
Makes great porridge and blends into gravy dishes. If you need more insoluble fibre it’s a great choice.
