I looked for a diaper bag for months trying to find one that I thought would be best for me and my husband. Something that was functional and not overly feminine so that my husband would feel comfortable using it. I am so happy with this purchase! The pocket compartments are great and the size has been perfect for day to day but also big enough to travel with. I have taken my son on two trips across the country and this bag has fit everything I needed for our flights. I love the fold out diaper pad because many places don’t have sheets to cover the changing tables. In my opinion, this bag is worth the price tag!

This bag is really beautiful and nice quality. I bought this and a thirty dollar backpack diaper bag from Amazon for myself and my husband. I do find them very comparable in terms of how happy I am with the bags. The cheaper bag is definitely lesser fabric and has less of an upscale look to it. It’s just as functional, if not more, because it has tons of organizational pockets. The one thing the PPB bag lacks is different sections or pockets for organization. It ends up being a bit of a bottomless pit unless you put your own bags in there to keep things separate. It holds a ton and the changing pad is really nice quality though! I would definitely purchase again and recommend to others.

This bag is so cute but it is so big that it is hard to find anything in a crunch. This is maybe a good bag to take on a trip to pack baby’s things but not the best for just out and about.

I can’t figure out how to leave a review on the website so I will do it on Amazon. Firstly, I ordered 2 boxy backpack bags - 1 from Amazon and one from the website directly. The bag comes with a noticeable indentation that is not clear on the photos nor marketed this way, and I returned the Amazon one no problem. I asked to return the bag from the website directly and you have to fill out an incredibly long email about all these specific details regarding the bag and send in photos to see if they accept your return. When the bag directly from the company came, it still had an indentation and also the attached changing mat was missing. When I stated I was unhappy, I was sent a photo that looked like it was taken in somebody’s house, and asked if I wanted one of their extra changing pads. It wasn’t wrapped or in any special container. I said no, I wanted a full replacement. They sent me a second bag, but this one also had an indentation, and when I complained about the same defect I didn’t receive an email for nearly 3 weeks. I sent a follow up email and was told that this is expected for the bag due to the fabric, and I have to essentially prove I never used the bag for sanitation purposes otherwise they can’t accept a return. I’m sorry but in what world can you not get your money back for an item that costs $200 if you’re unhappy with it? And also how was the changing mat sanitary to offer as a solution yet the hypocrisy of saying they care about sanitation as a reason you can’t submit a claim. Beyond the abysmal customer service experience, the bag itself has storage as a plus and the built in changing mat. But when it is full capacity (and even when it isn’t) the latch on the front of the bag doesn’t clasp easily, and if you life the bag with any amount of force the magnetic pull for the flap isn’t strong enough so the bag top just flops around. I’m going to have to put on Velcro to the top just to make it less ridiculous. Overall, would not recommend this bag or working with this company. IF you buy this bag, ONLY buy from Amazon since at least you can return the bag no questions asked. First photo from the company itself. Remaining from Amazon.

I wasn't that impressed with how it was made. Especially the top/lid of the bag. The material tends to bend. Other than that it's spacious. Would've probably kept it if it would've been way cheaper. Not worth the money in my opinion.
