The product was delivered on time. Genuine packed. The seal was intact when I received it. It has been a week since I started using this phone. So far quiet satisfied with the performance. The phone does fail to kill the application when closed from the app launcher. The camera is quiet decent. Daylight photography is good. 108 MP AI camera takes the game to another whole level. Night time photography is okay, there's a lot more that can be offered from a flagship phone as lauded by Mi. Video quality is also acceptable. You will need a super steady hand to shot the video in 4K 30 FPS as the device does not have OIS but still worth the price. Sound quality is above par with 2 speakers mounted on the top and bottom of the phone. Super AMOLED 120 Hz display is the candy of the phone. The display will leave you dazzled with sharpness. You will love watching 60 FPS videos on Youtube. Over all, it would be fair to say that Redmi Note 10 PRO can be crowned as the King of Mid range phone

I bought this phone in 2021, used it for a week and gave it to my friend. I bought it again in 2023 but what I saw was different from what I experienced 2 years ago. I think Xiaomi remade this phone, the speakers are louder now, the screen quality is better etc infact you can't regret buying this phone in 2023. This is the best budget phone you can buy, I am so happy with this purchase. Remain blessed friends.

Affected item: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Dual SIM Amoled Display Gradient Bronze 8GB RAM 128GB 4G LTE Seller: Jumooh-Express This might be a seller issue only and strictly speaking doesn't affect the actual phone itself, but it's advertised with a big fat image of a 108MP camera on the product's Amazon webpage but then they deliver only the Indian version with a 64MP camera. But the Indian version has other items of lower quality too, for example no NFC (and that is advertised as being built-in on the Amazon webpage too in the product specs). Considering that this has previously been reported by another buyer in the reviews and thus must have been known to both Amazon and the seller (Jumooh-Express) I claim that there is fraudulent activity here. Unfortunately both on Amazon.ae as well as the Jumooh-Express side. Pretty abysmal really...

Original packaging value for money superb device im using s23 ultra and iphone this phone is for my work its like flagship device experience.

What i notice that my phone wifi signals are weak and are not stable. If someone knows the solution please guide it is still in warranty how i can complain or find solution.

Davvero un ottimo smart phone: display molto luminoso, veloce e senza mai un blocco, batteria dalla durata notevole e ricarica rapidissima. Bellle foto e audio superlativo. Non ho riscontrato il fastidioso problema che avevo con il mio precedente xiaomi in cui durante le chiamate con la guancia capitava di toccare tasti. Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Für das Geld gibt es warscheinlich keine besser Alternative. Habe mein Leben lang nur Premium Smartphones benutzt und bin positiv überrascht. Selbst ein OLED Bildschirm sowie mehr Arbeitspeicher als man braucht, was dazu führt das man ein echt schnelles Handy hat. Der Akku hält unglaublich lange nur leider ist die Kamera nicht mit den neusten Handys zu vergleichen. Gute Fotos für zwischendurch macht es trotzdem. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann es nur jedem weiter Empfehlen.
