Chewable seem to work better than tablets. Keep them on hand cause they relieve stomach pains from gas. Gas pains sometimes mimic heart trouble. If it's gas, these will help.

Seem to work fast, first time using chewables. Does help with bloating due to whey protein intake.

Extremely cost efficient if taking daily
If you take simethicone daily, these are a very cost efficient way to do it. The cherry tablets aren't nearly as chalky as tums or calcium supplements, and help somewhat with gas and bloating feeling. I take 2 a day, and these are easy to take and work well enough.
