As a frequent indigestion sufferer, I tried various enzyme supplements but this bromelain helped and worked with my body best without causing any side effects. I take one before breakfast and dinner and I do feel better/slightly lighter than before. I will continue to take this from now on. The slight pineapple scent is pretty pleasant, too.

Have had a pinched nerve in my neck for three weeks. I’ve takin everything but Rx Took 2 the moment I received them and my pain is about 85 percent better after a half hour. I bought this because I read it could be used as a substitute for NSAID's, so I just had it in the house in case of head ache or muscle/joint pain.
