Comfortable and easy to use. Great for arthritic knees
Best to start off at medium tightness and then adjust 30 minutes or so later. I’m replacing 10-yr old ones which have finally started losing the side support tubes (patellar?). Top and bottom ones still ok.

Loved this knee support
Loved this knee support .. have gone through a knee miniscus surgery so ordered this and always wear it during cross fit and gym supports the knee just fine

The side rubber supporters are too small and are not too supporting to the knee, need better ones to cover the length.
