Worthless... Don't even waste your money on it.Better to read chacha chowdhury.There are endless number of good books out there look for them.

Nice book. Sadhguru explores different aspects of life and shows the connectivity through individuality.Do read if you want to know more how things affect ou life and what can be done about it.

Good book to listen. Lot of wisdom to listen from Sadhguru for life transformation. Whatever you listen it's easy to follow.

This is all insighful with a different perspective. Sadhguru explains things in a different manner. A great read. Loved it.

Amazing insights in the book. I highly recommend it, a good read irrespective of age. You just need to have a sensibility to understand it.
