Crock Pot 4.5 Quart Manual Slow Cooker, Damask Pattern, White

I bought this for my best friend. She uses it frequently and has never had a problem. I love the color and how cute it looks in her kitchen.

I have used crock pots for years and my Rival finally died. I ordered this one and I love the extra large size and the high temperature cooks a frozen chicken breast to well done and tender in half the time of my older crock pot. Guess it was time for it to quit cooking. I love this one and it is also so pretty with the black and white damask pattern. It also has a vented feature by the way the crock is made, so no more having to spin or lift the lid to let steam escape. I am super happy with this crock pot!

Four years later: STILL have this crockpot, still use it weekly, it’s gone through two moves and hundreds of meals. Still love it. This Crock Pot is the perfect size for our family of three - and there's leftovers! There's no timer, but to be honest, the timer on my old one always ended up frustrating me, so this is a happy 'downgrade' for me. Low, High, Warm and Off is all I need. The black damask pattern is pretty and looks good on my counter when cooking, and it doesn't take up a ton of space. I would definitely buy again as a house warming gift or wedding present. ****************************************** Nov. 5th - It's been several months, and going strong! Soups, spaghetti sauce, jams, chicken and dumplings... Still works and looks as good as the first day that I plugged it in, and I use it at least once a week!

I really can’t say enough good things about this. In November 2023, it will be FIVE YEARS since I purchased this crockpot. It was my first and had been my only since 2018. It has been through 2 major break ups, 3 apartments, one move across the country, and has still stayed loyal, worked perfectly, and fed my family at least twice a week for the last 5 years. I’ve hand washed it, dishwashed it, forgot to turn it off and accidentally left it on high over night and have burnt it more than once. It’s STILL going and looks no different from the first day I got it. This thing has been by my side through EVERYTHING wonderful and horrible in my life and I am never going to replace it as long as it’s still working. Even then, if it does give out one day, it’ll stay on a shelf as a display in my dining room as a tribute. This thing is going into my will.

I found this to be a nice and simple, albeit smaller that my last one (that finally died after 20 years of awesome use). I chose the black damask pattern because it was perfectly and appropriately old fashioned enough looking to fit in perfect with the rest of my eclectic mix of "old things". I will say I was disappointed at the onset of getting it out of the box to find it is round and not oval shaped, as it appears in this picture, and that's when one needs to pay better attention to the actual product description, as sometimes pictures can be misleading, as this one was, so my bad for not noticing it says "ROUND Stoneware". But this was a minor point and not a deal breaker, for the proof is in the cooking of things. I also particularly like the simplicity of Low, High, and Warm, because with a crockpot and being a 20th century man in a 21st century world, less to go wrong, and not a lot of "features" I will never use. It does get warm to the touch on the outside, actually quite warm, but then, it IS a Pot, and I always taught my people that in the kitchen, a pot turned On, should be considered HOT, cuz that's what they do...to cook. So far, made an andouille "Loosiana" cabbage/potato "Leprechaun Melter" stew and a wicked good (according to family and friends) pulled pork, and am quite satisfied with it's performance. Thinking next we'll give a shot at my garbanzo hot pot. It arrived on schedule, as expected, packaged appropriately and with no damage. I like it. Works for me. I

This is so pretty. Now I want to do my whole kitchen in black and white! I actually got a used one. I’ve never done that before. It’s in perfect condition. It came perfectly packaged in the original box. It even included the instruction book. I’m going to pay closer attention to used items from now on.

If you are a bachelor, making a good dinner after work is tough. Burgers get old real fast, & you long for well-cooked food. But who has the time? A good crock Pot **makes time** for you. Prep dinner the night before, plug it in before you leave for work, and a nice dinner, meat & veggies alike, await your return home, piping hot & delicious. This inexpensive item has made a real improvement in my life. It is easy to use, and easy to clean, and is well-made & sturdy. Happy appetite!

This was bought in used condition but actually it was brand new with all the original packaging inside - only the outside box was a little worse for the wear but the contents were in perfect condition. This 4.5 qt. crockpot is a little bigger than my old Rival 4 qt. one, but not too big for my small kitchen. It also has a “warm” setting which the old one didn’t have. Am using it for the first time today (split pea soup from scratch!) and the kitchen already smells yummy. I really love the scrollwork design which matches some of my kitchen accessories 😊

I like this crockpot very stylish. Just keep in mind these newer models get very hot on the outside unlike the really old ones. Works great though.

I’m really happy with this 4.5L crockpot. It’s the perfect size for 2 people with leftovers for another one or two meals. Who wants to be cooking every day and in my opinion nothing beats a crockpot for baked beans, stews and pot roast although I never add vegetables at the beginning, as most recipes say to do, because they turn to mush. Over the years I used a 3L one until it’s temperature went wacky, then thought the instPot with the slow cooker would be perfect solution but no I found it doesn’t slow cook very at all. This one is perfect, on low it just reaches a slow simmer resulting in a wonderful aroma and flavour, it does what it’s supposed to do. Plus it looks attractive on the counter and the price is good too.

My only complaint is that the power cord is too short. The shortest cord of any of my appliances. The distribution of my outlets makes it hard to plug in. Another 12 to 18 inches would have made a big improvement.
