Great tea for cycle support
This is one of my go-to teas when I’m on my cycle. It works really well with my body and helps me get through it more comfortably. I usually brew it cold, which makes the flavor a bit milder, so I can sip on it throughout the day instead of just having one mug at a time.

They say this preps you for a speedy labor... I am proof!
I drank the “Earth Mama Angel Baby - Organic Third Trimester Tea” brand of for most of my pregnancy. Starting at about 9/10weeks and into the 3rd tri. I switched to this Yogi brand red raspberry leaf tea my third trimester because the Earth Mama Angel was out of stock. I enjoyed the flavor of this Yogi brand one a little better. They both were very tasty iced. Some women say its better with honey but I didn’t mind it plain. My midwife suggested 1 cup per day during the 1st trimester, 2cups 2nd, 3cups 3rd… Both teas are very mild and I found both tasty – they are both an excellent price to buy in bulk. They say this is a labor prep tea and gets your uterus ready to have a speedy labor. This was my first baby. I drank this tea religiously and it was easy to keep in a jug in the fridge and I would pour a cup here and there throughout the day. (I was in my 3rd trimester throughout the FL summer months so it was nice to have it iced) Towards the end I was drinking this all the time. I went into labor 10 days before my due date. I had a very mild pre-labor which started about 5am on Sept 24th... I didn’t really know I was in labor until the surges started coming closer together and regularly. My water broke at 5pm that day and labor started immediately-- very intense. I got into the birthing tub at 5:45pm and labor advanced quickly. I was fully dilated by 9pm. By body started pushing on its own and I don't remember pushing for very long. I gave birth to my baby girl in the water at 9:57pm that same evening, fully conscious without any pain relief. I don't know if it was in part the tea or my body but I can only assume the tea had something to do with it. They say it helps prep you for a speedy labor and my labor was just that. BEWARE --- a speedy labor means super intense labor. It was hard to stay in focus with the hypnobirthing because it was so intense... I was 0 dilated when my water broke and fully 10cm in less than 4 hours!!!

This works. It has helped me become regular again within my periods.
This works guys. I promise. I have not been paid to write this review. I know it's hard to discern paid reviews from honest and true reviews, but I promise I am being truthful on my own personal experience with this tea (Raspberry Leaf). I purchased this tea two weeks ago, and I saw results within three days of drinking the tea. I initially took the tea because I had irregular periods, and I wanted to get it back on track. I can't remember exactly what my results were after the first three days, I just remember noticing a difference. Fast forward this two weeks and my period and ovulation is back to normal again. The tea tastes good, keep in mind it is tea so it will be an acquired taste, but it tastes good. I initially added honey to my tea, but I am trying to keep down on my calories, so I omitted sweeteners and I have just been drinking it straight. It tastes like regular tea, and not actual raspberries. This tea is from the leaves of the raspberries. I do not like hot tea, so I iced mine. I would do two bags at a time in a cup of water, and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. I would usually have a cup of this a day, maybe two, because I really like the taste and it helped keep me away from juices. The cons are, it's addictive, but I was drinking it almost daily so it made me constipated because the tea has no caffeine. So, make sure you are eating your fiber as you are drinking this tea. I begin drinking my recommended 8 glasses of water, and it seemed to help my bowels move as normal. I didn't drink 8 glasses everyday though. Just tweak it and see what works for your body.

Excellent Quality! Pregnancy Must-Have!
I've tried several brands of red raspberry leaf tea and Yogi is by far the best in terms of taste, value, and effectiveness. I used it throughout my last pregnancy after my first resulted in a long induction turned C-section. The next birth was 4 hours start to finish, spontaneous and unmedicated. My placenta came out easily and within 10 minutes of birth, I had minimal afterbirth cramps, great milk supply, and overall just felt good drinking it. I am taking it again with my current pregnancy and hope for a similarly "easy" labor this time. For those wondering about the taste, it reminds me of a slightly sweet, slightly weak black tea. Easily pairs with sugar, honey, milk, lemon, ice, etc. Also, an unexpected bonus is that this tea really helps keep me regular, which isn't always easy in pregnancy. Overall, if your doctor or midwife approves, go for it!
