They are excellent, I highly recommend them and I will definetely but them again! This îs how I came across Dr. Ellie Philips and her podcasts and recommendations. So, I bought the zellies straight away as they have been formulated by a dentist. I have also read a bit more about the benefits of xylitol and it all made dense. I am extremely pleased with the product, only a few days after using it my teeth felt cleaner. After a couple of weeks of using them my teeth did not feel sensitive anymore. I use them as Dr. Ellie advices, after meals and in the evening after brushing my teeth. They make such a big difference to my teeth health! They are also very practical, I can easily use them when eating out. Some of my friends also tried them and liked them.
