Is it easy to take off the remote to change the batteries when needed?

Yes, very easy. You take the top of the cover and stretch it over and back, behind the top of the remote. Then slide the remote straight out of the case. Same steps in reverse after you change the batteries.

What is the warranty for this item?

I dont see why you would need a warranty.. its a soft rubbery type case that fits over the remote.. not like theres any mechanical or electrical components to it or anything.. Would you get a warranty on say a pair of socks?

This case was exactly what I needed. My dog had partially chewed on the controller, and the battery door was slightly damaged and came off easily. This “cocoon” of a case completely resolved that issue. It also made the controller easier to locate in dark rooms and gave it a more premium feel.
