AL's Flower Pouch, 10 Hole, 10 Pack

Love the results! This is my first season using these pouches. Experimenting with regular and Wave petunias. Both are working well and growing quickly. From other sites and my own experience with more than a dozen pouches over the last couple of months, I have found: - Wave petunias (from Home Depot) typically have larger root balls and are more difficult to insert, but fill in faster than regular petunias - Using narrow tongs helps to keep the root ball in tact when placing in the pouch - Water and fertilize slowly and repeatedly - excess will drain from the bottom, so I wait a few minutes and then repeat - Skip the bottom two holes - trailing plants will cover this area anyway, the bottom plants are at risk of excess moisture and insufficient sun light - Next planting, I will pack the bottom of the bags to the first holes with either peat moss or coco mat for better drainage In short, the pouches are very durable, versatile, and cost effective. They're a great starting point for incredibly creative and dramatic garden displays. Hope this is helpful.

Excellent as always, too bad the flowers eventually outgrow the available soil and water supply - fantastic idea and absolutely stunning when they are filled out!

The holes were a little to small for what I wanted. They worked with some help. Hanging on my back fence.

There was some delay in their shipping, but within about ten days we were set up with more pouches. We save them from year to year. Some are in their fifth years and still holding up well. Material is heavy duty plastic. They make beautiful impatiens as well as petunia pouches. Buy Wave petunias so they will trail. Best mounted with two hooks or nails instead of just one. It doesn't change the aspect of how they grow. Do not let empty space fill the pouches. Tamp down the compost as you go along making them. Do not plant anything in the top. It makes them too hard to water. Ours are on an automatic watering system, but using this sometimes makes the lower plants suffer from being washed out with light green or yellow leaves.

I love this pouch for flowers. Holds a lot of soul, good drainage.

The holes are too small. Plastic rips out. You need 12 flowers per bag. It looks prettier at the green house.

The hanging Flower Pouch meets my expectations. Reasonable price for 10 bags. Very strong bags. Worth the money.

WIFE USED THEM FOR THE 1ST TIME THIS YEAR AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS LOOK AS GOOD AS THE ONES FOR 25.00 AT THE GARDEN CENTER.

These work exactly as they should….I really like to plant flowers in these and hang them along side the entrances of my house….so pretty, and the bags are reuseable an last for years!
