It seems I have become the repair man for my area. People just drop off items to be fixed and hope for the best. The inserts have saved chain saws, lawn mowers. and garden tractor form the scrap yard. It also makes friends think I can fix anything. The inserts are so easy to use and save time on repairs.

I give these 5 stars as they do exactly what they are intended to do and come in at a cheaper price than the name brand. The length variety seems to cover all applications I have come across and fit very well. I would encourage anyone looking at these to review them carefully along with the insertion tools that are available. Personally, I suggest not getting the OEMTools 25647 kit, but rather getting the Heli-Coil 5334-14 which works perfectly with these inserts. There difference is that the OEMTools version only works with a wrench, which will not at all work in deep or hard to reach locations. The Heli-Coil kit allows you to use a 3/8 ratchet and extension to get where you need to be. This is absolutely critical in many applications and the Heli-Coil kit will work in all those applications. I assume that buyers looking at this already know how to use them, so no need to touch on that. These inserts are the same quality as the insertion kits that use this style insert and is the cheapest brand I can find without sacrificing quality. If you use this style, I do not believe you can go wrong with this refill of inserts.

If you have a 2 or 3 valve ford v8, these inserts are invaluable, they get ya back on the road. My 2002 f150 5.4 has blown out 2 plugs after 200k, it's over 300k now and still running strong. The fit and ease of use is perfect with this product.

A Heli-coil seized to an old sparkplug and it came out. I couldn't remove the old one so I tried these. Worked perfect!

They're is no information on what thread these have and as a last ditch effort I tried to use these to replace the ones that some idiot tried to install in a car I purchased. They were identical, but considering they blew out of the engine and the threads were stripped, I now need a new head on my engine.
