Meet the expectation, and is extremely good choice for meeting rooms if multiple user to join from same room for online meeting coverage and picture quality is really exceptional.

Black spot on the view, Privacy shutter missing
The product is great but there are two issues, and I am not able to get to a proper human customer support. It keeps circling me back to this page! 1) there is a black spot on the lens. It came with that, it's not dirt. I have tried cleaning the lens with a screen cleaning spray. The lens seems to be damaged there. 2) it has come without the attachable privacy shutter, that is mentioned as part of the package.
