Exactly what I expected my only concern was it shouldn't be broken and it wasn't. So 5 star

12” ruler found broken inside the package of first delivery, claimed replacement without opening the inner transparent packing. The delivery boy came with the new replaced item but refused to deliver the same nor picked up the old broken one saying that he was not authorised to take back the broken item. I had to complain and convince the Amazon representative for replacement even after my replacement claim was already approved. Finally, they replaced the item but the quality of plastic used, is very poor. Material is below par and can be easily broken. Not recommended.
