Good feet support for my plantar fasciitis in the foot

The quality was bad and not stitched well as the hem was missing aligned. It is obviously not 3M quality , also they do not return or refund this item.

I wasn't too sure about sizing so opted for the small as I am a UK size 5 - it's a little tight but not too restrictive that it cuts off blood supply. I have a weak a ankle and needed to wear a support rather than a brace for sports and choose this because it doesn't have a heel. I know a few reviews didn't like this feature, but if you have bare feet on a dance/sprung wooden floor, you need to be able to have some grip and this does the job very well. It supports your ankle and allows your feet to still grip the floor. I have tried supports with heels and they in my opinion, are a little dangerous if you are doing sports in bare feet on floors. This does provide quite a bit of support, but I think some of that is down to it being a little tight - if I had gone for the medium, I have a feeling that it would have felt a little too loose and not quite as supportive. This is a great colour as it isn't too obvious that you have it on. It wicks quite well and washes well. I did snip off the two bits of excess elastic as they rubbed under my foot - I would advise you do the same. I wear this for an hour at a time and it's comfortable, but I'm sure if needed, you could wear this all day. I would recommend this product.

High quality and as described

I have tried many different brands of ankle support and this one has held up the best. It is the perfect amount of support for daily use.. best recommended for someone who has already worn a heavier support for 1-2 weeks after a sprain and is now looking for something for every day use that will help ease the weight on your ankle. Ever since I began wearing this, my ankle sprain no longer aches. It is a breathable material and surprisingly is so comfortable that it does not bother me, even when walking in the heat. The fit is great and it's so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing it. As someone that has had numerous sprains due to athletic injuries, I wish I had found this product sooner because so far, I have liked it more than all other ones I have tried.
