I've been using this product for years. I don't know if it is necessairly does a better job than competing products, but I have always had successfult ceramic coats while using it. I feel have been using Gyeon prep even when using other ceramic top coating brands like Carpro and CSL. Smells great too. Leaves surface streak free and clean. Speay bottle is high quality

Amateur detailer on my own stuff, but I try to use good products. Gyeon makes ceramic coating dead simple. The final product is 1000% driven by the work you do BEFORE you apply the coating and Gyeon Prep is a fantastic last step of prep. It removes grease and oils that will prevent the coating from adhering to the paint giving a nice surface to work with. Their Pure Evo is REALLY easy to apply and the results are fantastic. That combination will give you a really nice final product.

Gyeon Q²M Prep is a must-have final wipe-down before any ceramic coating, sealant, or wax. It cuts through residual polish oils, fingerprints, and light contaminants like a champ, leaving the paint perfectly clean, streak-free, and anti-static for maximum bonding. Spray on, wipe off with a clean microfiber—no heavy scrubbing needed—and it evaporates smoothly without haze or residue. The pleasant scent makes the job enjoyable, and a little goes far. Compared to similar preps, it feels more lubricated and controlled, dissolving oils effectively rather than just wiping them around. Essential for pro-level results on any detail. Highly recommended—solid 5/5 for prep step reliability.

Works very well to prep surfaces and does not affect any of the automotive painted surfaces I have used it on.

Seems to do a nice job of removing polishing residue and old wax/sealants from the paint, but again so does the alternative of alcohol and water. The product smells nice, has a great presentation, and nice sprayer (same the one Car Pro uses). It only takes a few sprays to wipe down a panel. It doesn't necessarily make removing polish from a panel easier. But after wiping with a towel and spraying this on the panel you have a tactile sense that the panel was cleaned. I also find that spraying this on after wiping off the polish is the most economical way of using it. If you are willing to spend the 15 bucks it is definitely an improvement over IPA, but not a massive one by any stretch. I do think if you are applying Coating this is must. Even if you are just using wax, spraying this on and cleaning the panel seems to extend LSP durability and mitigates any concerns over product compatibility.

This surface prep is probably one of the best I have ever used. It's absolutely better than chemical guys. The thing that I dislike the most is the price. This is very very very expensive, but for the quality of the product, it's well worth it. Every time I use the product and depress the spray nozzle, it hurts me a little inside, haha. However, if you want to be sure your surface is prepped and cleaned before using adhesion promoter, putting on a ceramic coat, PPF, or anytime you are doing anything to your vehicle surface or any surface in general, this product will absolutely ensure it is clean, free of contaminants, and ready for whatever application you are trying to perform. Spend the extra money for this surface prep and save yourself headaches down the road. This is a premium product and it ensures you get the job done right.

This as the name suggests gets the car paintwork ready for a final finish. If you doing a ceramic or wax Finnish this prep gets the surface ready. None better.

Guten Tag, Ich habe mir vor einigen Wochen dieses Produkt bestellt. Auf dieses Produkt bin ich durch einige Youtube Videos gestoßen und war davon überzeugt. Nach fixer Lieferung habe ich nur noch auch gutes Wetter gewartet und konnte somit starten. Zuerst wurden die Felgen ordentlich geputzt. (Felgenreiniger, Handwäsche,Kneten) Danach ging ich dann zum Prep über. Durch die ausreichenden Warnhinweise auf der Flasche habe ich noch zu einem paar Handschuhe gegriffen. Nicht nur deswegen sondern man darf/sollte die Felgen nach der Behandlung mit dem Prep nicht mehr anfassen da man sonst wieder einen Fettfilm hinterlässt und somit im letzten Schritt die Versiegelung eventuell nicht mehr hält. Das Prep lässt sich mit dem Spühkopf wunderbar auftragen und hinterlässt keine sichtbare Flecken. Desweiteren riecht es sehr angenehm und reicht aus für mindestens 16 oder mehr Felgen.
