I needed a smart surge protector for Christmas. Easy setup, beat build, works exactly as it should, had the right amount of outlets and spacing for my needs, and works seamlessly with Google assistant. Perfect.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked the Belkin Surge Protector because of its good reputation for being a high quality product. Since I received it, I really like its appearance and sleek design. Mountability: I like how easy it is to mount to the wall. Its low profile and compact plug with prongs that can be rotated to any angle make it ideal to mount behind a desk or other piece of furniture, even in tight spaces.

I've been using this for nearly a year now with no issues. In FL, we've had some pretty severe storms and power outages as well as power surges and this protector has kept all my electronics that are plugged into it safe and functioning. It's also priced pretty well and not overly expensive. When I'm in need for another power strip I'll certainly come back to this

Too many people buy cheap power strips, then plug the wrong things into it . Be Careful , and buy only Quality electrical products like Belkin. Then , don't over load them .

As a basic 6-outlet surge protector, this product is constructed well and performs as expected. I have had no connectivity problems after about 2 months of use. Beyond the basics, this product offers a flat, rotating plug and an 8 foot cord. This is extremely convenient for me, as I use one of these to connect to an outlet behind a piece of furniture that blocks an outlet and is flush with the wall. The 8 feet of cord give plenty of flexibility for positioning the surge protector, and I don't have to worry about damaging the cord, damaging the couch, or rearranging furniture. Another feature that I have found convenient is the location of the on/off switch. It is located on the short end, on the side opposite of the cord. I have an additional surge protector connected behind my computer desk, and the location of the on/off switch greatly reduces the chances of the unit being accidentally switched off by feet. There are no lights on this surge protector. At the time of purchase and at the time of this review, the product description states that this surge protector has "rotating outlets for ease of use." I assumed that this meant each of the 6 outlets on the surge protector rotated to make working with oversized plugs easier. This is not the case -- only the plug on the cord rotates. If this product was described properly, it would receive 5 stars instead of 4.

This is my go-to power strip that I keep a supply of and replenish with more when I run out. It has (almost) everything I could want in a power strip. I have found this to be the most universally usable power strip for applications around my home. BENEFITS: (1) So many of my outlets are hidden behind furniture or appliances. This with its wall hugging plug make it easy to extend access to outlets that are otherwise covered up. Better yet, the 360-degree rotation is great because you can start going in the right direction without having to loop around if it isn't already angled in the right direction. (2) Even when not blocked by something, I think it looks nicer to have a power strip subtly plug in hugging the wall instead of perpendicular to it. (3) And it gives you the flexibility to rotate around most any other plug that may have a fixed direction that can vary among non-rotating wall hugging plugs. (4) The 6-foot power cord is great too. And if you don't need that much, you can leave it bundled up and I found it stays nicely out of the way for my applications using it for shorter distances. I just use Velcro straps to keep it tidy. (5) It has a subtle on/off button that you aren't likely to accidentally trip, which I prefer nicely tucked on the end. (6) No LED light emitted if you want to keep the area dark and not noticeable. (7) I like the slim & sleek look that seems more polished than your basic power strips. DRAWBACKS: Virtually none. But if I had one wish, it would be that the outlets on the strip be oriented sideways so larger AC adapters hang to the side instead of covering more outlets. But you can use power-strip liberator adapters to help with that.

I bought the Belkin 6- Outlet power strip a few years ago. It has space for all things plugged or to be plugged in my living room. I have since bought 2 more, one for each child that now has their own home.

I love that the plug head can be rotated into any position I nee it in. It makes them so much more versatile!

Es la mejor opción en cuanto multicontactos, todos tendrían que tener este sistema de contacto plano y de rotación, es lo mejor y más discreto y practico para los muros de la casa. El precio es el mejor que encontré para este producto y vaya que busque el tipo y la marca pues son los de mejor calidad. Muy muy recomendable.

There isn’t exactly much to say. It’s a solid surge protector that works as expected. The Belkin brand name usually instils confidence in me, and this confidence has only been strengthened with this product. I recommend this surge protector.
