I’ve had these for 7 months now. I only hand wash as instructed. No chipping or other disfigurations have happened. Considering I have dropped these, and I’m not particularly careful. They have some weight to them, which shows the quality. They are truly beautiful and so worth the purchase!

I have this set and have used for 2years. It is beautiful, great quality, dishwasher safe. The weight is good and though it is not my every day flatware I do use it several times a year. Looks as good as new.

Very elegant and durable. I've ordered all of the pieces in this gold collection and it's nice to have so many matching pieces for entertaining. I just wish they would get the side knife back in stock to finish the collection. Money well spent.

A few dollars later, I will try the Gold~Tone, as well. I will know after the gold mini spoons arrive. Then my mind will be made up on which I like the most (Accent gold on silver or Gold through-n-thru). I, like many others would prefer the GoldTone on the back, as well as the front, for a more exquisite look. * Nov. 7th: I did purchase the GOLD Keawell and they are gorgeous! I will add pics at a later day and time (hopefully, within a week). UPDATE: THE GOLD SET & THE TWO-TONED SILVER WITH GOLD ACCENT are BOTH HOLDING UP WELL! My draw looks like a jewelry display. More pics at a later date. I do believe that there is a basic common design among the brands. but with slightly different stamping and thickness. At first, I read that there was a small amount of chrome; but later read (from other sources) that it is the NICKEL content that gives that mirrored luster.

This Keawell flatware set is described as “Luxury”, and luxury is the perfect noun for it. I was in the market for flatware in both gold and silver, not just gold or just silver, so I did a search and “voila”; this set was the apple of my eye. It’s so rich looking, but different from most formal flatware. I ordered this for a pre New Years dinner that ended up being a renewal of wedding vows for my husband and me. This silverware was the talk of the dinner table. It is absolutely beautiful. The quality seems good; according to the specs, it is 18-10 stainless steel, which is a “high-end grade of stainless steel”. 18-10 refers to the chemical composition of the stainless steel. This rating means it is 18% chromium- 10%nickel. I am thrilled to own my set. It is light-weight, sturdy and beautiful. My only disappointment is that there is no extended warranty. Quality flatware should last a long time and usually comes with a 20yr warranty. I see no mention of any type of warranty,, neither in the ad nor in the box. Except for not having a warranty, I like this set. The only reason for the “4” instead of “5” is the absence of a warranty. Happy shopping.

Absolutely stunning set of flatware. 18/10 stainless is always the way to go for strength, decent weight and durability. The embellishments and the gold trim are beautiful. This set looks so much more expensive than it is. Even the back of each piece is laser engraved with their logo. Box presentation is excellent. This would make a great gift for any occasion. Especially nice as a wedding gift. Matching accessory serving pieces are available as well.

Beautiful set of stainless flatware,I love the pattern on them and the heavier weight of the flatware when I’m using it,I don’t like the cheaper light weight flatware,I want to know I’m holding my fork,knife,spoon when I’m using them
