These are my favorite clips for my thick and wavy/curly hair. I've tried what feels like all others, but these are the only ones that hold all day. I criss cross them for extra hold, but even with just one, it's great! They're also very comfortable with some curve, but mostly flat - I've accidentally fallen asleep before taking out, and they've not been bothersome and still did a decent job of staying put overnight.

I usually buy the hair thingys like this by Scunci at my local grocery. I lose them a lot. I saw these & I'm glad I tried them. They're bigger than the Scunci by about 50%, which is nice cause they hold more hair up. (See photo - the silver is Scunci) Plus these are brightly colored, so hopefully I won't lose them as easily! They are sturdy also & easy to use. And the plastic case is nice to have! Personally I use the clips when I have a big claw clip in my hair & these holds the hair off my neck, especially in summer! Great purchase!

These barrettes are really cute, so '90's-ish! Even works for this "oldGirl's" matchy-matchy fashion habits! Really nice snap open box to keep them organized in. And great price. They are a little thin, and do slip a little if you section too much hair up in them, no biggie. For the amount that you get in package, you couldn't even get a deal like this @ the dollar stores! Buy them!

These are the best snap clips! I like the more finished look of the long ovals, and the color options are fantastic! The price for quality is good - out of the set I only had one that was bent off center, but would still work. (I tried bending it back, but these are really sturdy and would not bend out of the out of shape it was. They stay in place, hold enough of my thick hair to work, and looks bright and fun. Excellent!

I bought these fantastic oval metal hair clips from Funtopia. They come in a clear box, with a large quantity and come in a few different hues. I have had other kinds of hair clips before, but they don’t measure up the way these fantastic hair clips do. I wanted and got exactly what I wanted when I bought these. They’re metal and hold a good amount of hair back from my face the way I need them to. Great value with a fair price. It’s the only hair clip I buy now.

I was so glad to find these clips! I use these regularly to put some of my long hair up. I have fairly thick, curly hair and these stay in and are comfortable. They are also small enough to through in my purse or have in my pocket.

Pretty colors and holds my thick hair very well.

Not great for really thick hair - can’t close them with all the hair in them but they will work for now - I just have to do a smaller section. 😕
