Purchased this product a little while ago but have not yet used them. I felt they were good value for money and covered the majority of colors I might need, nicely presented in a plastic reusable box. The added benefit of the matching pre-filled bobbins makes life easy, together with the numbered colour chart, keeping all my cottons neat and tidy and so easily accessible. Love it - may buy the bigger set next time. Would highly recommend

Im a beginner to embroidery, doing it as a hobby, and wanted a reasonably cheap thread that would still work well. This is it. I've not had any issues with it. My machine likes it. The colours all look great and the case they come in is really useful. It's a real challenge for me to break the thread with just force so I'm confident it will hold together well. And it's way cheaper than some of the other stuff I was finding! Even more so if you get the larger spools for colours like black and white that you'll probably use loads of for bobbins. I don't know if there is some sort of difference between this and higher end stuff. But if there is I don't know what it would be. I'm completely happy with this and can't see myself ever wanting anything else. I can see myself wanting more of this though. I'm having to hold back on getting all the exciting other types like the glow in the dark and mixed colours. It's a struggle.

The thread is lovely quality, with a good sheen and hasn't broken for me at all. The case it comes in is nice and holds the thread well. Only minor issue is how the case snaps together for each level as it takes a little extra time to make sure all the feet are situated properly or it doesn't snap in place. Very minor issue, and it definitely wouldn't put me off purchasing more thread from this brand.

Best quality threads and such a handy storage box too.

It is the perfect starter set with all the colours to get started on projects. I was an avid sewer and crafter but haven't had time in recent years, and this set has been fantastic in getting me started again. The box is excellent for keeping threads safe and organised (especially if you have a very interested toddler). The box has clips where you can extend your collection with more of the same threads and boxes, keeping everything tidy and universal, which I love.

This thread is very colorful and it holds up really well, I know it’s embroidery thread, but I have been using it on my sewing machine to stitch all sorts of projects and clothing and it works very well. I love the vibrant colors and the case and the little extras that come with it Like the thread cutters and the little sleeves to put over your thread once you’ve opened it to keep it from unraveling. You don’t get very many of the sleeves however I cut all of them in half and that’s more than enough to cover the thread and keep it from unraveling

I thought long and hard about ordering this thread set. After weighing the options, this turned out to be the best for me. Price was very good considering buying individual 500m spools from a regular large box store is way more expensive, these are very cost effective, if you do a lot of sewing. The colour selection is great with a myriad of colours to choose from. The thread is quite shiny and vivid in colour and gives a nice sheen to the stitching. It seems fairly durable, hasn’t broken during sewing and appears quite strong, it is quite a fine thread so I was pleasantly surprised at the durability. The storage boxes the spools came in is great. Nice plastic ( if you can call, plastic nice), it quite thick, has a strong carry handle and nice snap closures to keep all the boxes stacked. They are pretty stiff at first to open, so watch your nails! The top box has a storage compartment which came with a nice pair of funky scissors and a marking pen. Instructions are enclosed as well as contact details and email of the company, should you need to contact them. All in all, a super set of thread, which would also make a lovely gift for any sewing fanatic young or old. I am very happy with the purchase and will be buying more thread and storage boxes from this company.
