Picked up HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets (with Vitamin C) and they’ve been brilliant to keep on hand. They taste great — light, refreshing, not overly salty or artificial — and dissolve quickly without leaving bits floating around. Much nicer than some electrolyte drinks that taste like diluted sea water. They’re also incredibly easy to carry. Just keep a tube in your bag, grab a bottle of water when you’re out and about, drop one in, and you’re sorted. No need to plan ahead or carry bulky drinks around. I’ve found them especially helpful when feeling ill, run down, or when a migraine/headache is brewing. Staying properly hydrated makes a noticeable difference, and these make it simple. No sugar overload either, which is a big plus. Five stars. Convenient, great tasting, and genuinely useful when you need them.

I find it hard to enjoy water but these electrolytes are very tasty so its easy to hydrate with just 2 a day, I mix 1 tablet with 1L of water, but you can also mix in less water for stronger taste. They are more expensive in stores so this is great value for money. One tube can last me the whole week, sometimes more. I have less headaches since I take them

Tastes good and works well

In terms of hydration they work pretty well, flavour is mild but pleasant and they are zero sugar so all good then.

I use these daily for my ileostomy, they have a good taste and aren’t too sweet or too strong, unlike others I’ve tried. They’re a good quality, and are very effective as have helped with dehydration from kidney issues. They dissolve easily, I like to add some warm water to mine to speed it up.

Bought to get some electrolytes in after workouts. These taste really nice, they also dissolve really well in water. I just stir a couple times with a spoon.

Tastes nice, but is expensive for an electrolyte. Very convenient in a pill form.

I have fibromyalgia and suffer with really bad dehydration from the medicines I take as well as the fibromyalgia itself. No matter what I did I always felt dehydrated... Until I started drinking a glass of this every day. Ever since I've been feeling a lot more energised and had a lot less pain as well as being less dehydrated. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who is chronically ill and looking for better hydration and energy. I have the strawberry kiwi and it's good, but tastes a little weird with too much water to tab ratio. But I just use slightly less water and then refill my bottle with normal water after. Otherwise you kind of get used to the roundness of the water. Going to definitely get these again and try a few different flavours. But so far the strawberry kiwi one is nice. Would like a few more tablets in the packet as I do like to use a whole one in my waterbottle and drink one every day, but can't knock it too much for that.
